Initially hesitating but ordered and it’s proved to be a good decision. I found unboxify reliable… bud is working fine till now.
I recently bought the Sennheiser HD 560S, and this was my second purchase from Unboxify. Even though it was an unboxed unit, it has been an excellent purchase, and the headphones arrived in pristine condition, just as I expected based on my previous experience.
The comfort is great. The headphones are lightweight and, with the velour pads, comfortable enough for long listening sessions, which really matters if you spend a lot of time listening to music. The build quality feels solid and dependable.
The sound quality is the highlight. After doing a lot of research, I was looking for headphones that sound clear, natural, and balanced, and the HD 560S delivers exactly that. Vocals sound realistic and present, instruments are easy to pick out, and the overall sound feels clean rather than exaggerated. The bass is controlled and well-defined—lean, not overpowering—which makes these headphones suitable for a wide range of music genres. You can listen for hours without the sound becoming tiring.
I should add that I don’t use my phone as the primary source to drive these headphones, as they tend to sound thin and underpowered that way. I listen using a dedicated music player (DAP), and with the DAP, the headphones sound sensational—every familiar track feels like a new auditory exploration. Based on this experience, a small headphone amp or a USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter with a built-in DAC would be recommended to get the best out of them if you plan to use them with a phone. I would also recommend investing in a decent DAP or using a laptop/PC to properly drive the HD 560S.
I haven’t tried these headphones for gaming or movies, as those aren’t my primary use cases, so I’m unable to comment on performance in those scenarios.
For the price I paid on Unboxify, the HD 560S offers exceptional value. The addition of 18 months of warranty provides extra peace of mind, especially for an unboxed purchase.
Overall, this is an easy recommendation for anyone who primarily listens to music and wants accurate, comfortable, and enjoyable sound without paying a premium.
