Secured by Unboxify is a warranty service provided to all products purchased via Unboxify.in

Your product is covered under a warranty period (as mentioned on product page) that is secured by Unboxify. The warranty gets started from your date of purchase. For cases/conditions covered under warranty, please visit respective brand website.

Claiming Warranty :

You can claim warranty by visiting any Brand Service Center. While the product is typically covered under the brand warranty, the exact brand warranty left for open-box products may sometimes vary due to the nature of unboxed products.

Secured by Unboxify Coverage :

To ensure complete coverage, Unboxify will cover repair costs for any warranty period not covered by the brand, up to the minimum warranty duration promised at the time of purchase.

Under this, you can get your product repaired for technical defects covered under standard warranty terms (excluding physical damage) by visiting brand service center and getting the product repaired on a payable basis. After the repair, please share the job sheet with us via our WhatsApp Support, and we will refund the repair cost to you.

The maximum estimate for repair/replacement should be less than the amount paid for the product to us, in case the estimate exceeds please contact us. We would initiate replacement from our end.
