Unboxify wishes to inform its customers and partners that we have identified an individual (Mr. Arun Saxena) operating multiple online accounts and websites (https://www.icrpc.org/ & https://www.consumergrievance.com/) to spread false and defamatory content about our company.

Evidence has been submitted to the Cyber Crime Department, and an FIR has been registered. The investigation is active.

This individual has attempted to:

• Publish fabricated reviews and videos falsely labeling Unboxify as a scam.

• Impersonate consumer-protection entities that do not legally exist.

• Solicit or demand money for removal of defamatory content.

Unboxify has provided complete transaction and refund records to law-enforcement authorities, all of which confirm that:

• Every customer order was processed through secure, traceable gateways.

• Refunds were completed as per policy and verified by Razorpay and Shopify.

• No instance of fraud or non-delivery exists on our part.

We urge everyone to:

• Rely only on official Unboxify channels for updates or support.

• Avoid engaging with individuals or websites claiming to represent consumer councils or review groups not recognized by the Government of India.

Unboxify remains committed to lawful business conduct, transparency, and the protection of our customers from online misinformation and extortion.

We urge our customers to prevent engaging with such fraudsters, as there are multiple cases logged against the named person and the police is already on lookout for him.
